MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:This job requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline plus eight years of relevant experience or a combination of education and experienceExperience in configuration status accounting to include proficiency in CMPROExperience with logistics practices to include development of Allowance Parts Lists (APLs) and experience with ICAPSSecret clearancePhysical Requirements: Must be able to lift/lower and carry up to 50 lbs (assisted).

DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:Experience with technical writing to include TMMA production

[#LI-AM1]FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDINGNaval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic and Scientific Research Corporation (SRC) are teaming together to provide systems engineering, software engineering, logistics, technical, and management support services to multiple program sponsors for 50+ Integrated Product Support for Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber Defense, Combat Systems, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (IPS for C6I) systems. In support of the Radio Comms IPT at NIWC Atlantic, this candidate will utilize their expertise in configuration management, technical writing, and logistics to provide support as required by the Project and Technical leads.PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Reports to St. Julien's creek daily - no remote work authorized.Utilities CMPRO to track hardware, software, and documentation by install for each systemUtilities ICAPS for provisioning technical documentationDevelops and reviewing Allowance Parts Lists (APLs)Develops, reviews, and modifies technical manualsDevelops and reviews preventative maintenance documents and other similar documentation10% annual travel CONUS
