Presidio is a leading a global digital services and solutions provider focused on Digital Infrastructure, Business Analytics, Cloud, Security & Emerging solutions.THE ROLE: Senior Manager, Field MarketingJob Summary:Presidio is looking for an experienced field marketing leader to inspire and manage a small team of regional field marketing professionals in the planning and execution of marketing activities that generate new leads and advance existing opportunities. You'll lead the day-to-day operations for the team, including creating and managing program budgets and measuring ROI through metrics analysis and reporting. In this role, as you'll bridge the gap between broader marketing strategy and its execution in local markets. You'll collaborate closely with marketing campaign teams across Presidio's full portfolio of solutions. You'll also be the face of Marketing to Sales leadership, ensuring clear and purposeful two-way communication. Prior experience in managing field marketing teams and proven ability in influencing and strategizing with senior sales executive stakeholders is critical. This position reports directly into Presidio's Chief Marketing Officer.Travel Requirements:In this role you will be expected to travel up to 30%. It will be based in any location in either the Eastern or Central Time Zones of the United States.Job Responsibilities:Inspire and lead a small team of field marketing professionals.Define demand generation priorities across the marketing mix: localizing digital marketing campaigns, virtual and in person event marketing, and improving brand awareness.Lead quarterly planning with sales leaders to influence and identify the right objectives, strategies and prioritization for marketing to each region, and to prioritize and feature relevant Presidio services and alliance partner solutionsAnalyze programs for effectiveness in order to actively leverage insights with sales and alliance stakeholders to course correct and optimize resultsDrive collaboration within the field marketing team on lessons learned and best practicesDevelop and manage budgets and demonstrate marketing impact on pipeline and revenue

Required Skills:5+ years of experience in field marketing in the technology industry.2+ years of management experience.Candidates should have a proven track record of being able to influence senior sales executive stakeholders.

Education and Experience:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and/or military experienceOverall 5+ years of field marketing experience in the technology industry.
