We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Principal Full Stack Software Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologies.
Our client's Technologies focus on Software & System Engineering in Enterprise and Cyber Security solution spaces. our client excels at delivering stable and reliable software solutions using Agile Software Development principles. These provide us the capability to deliver a quick turn-around using interactive applications and the integration of industry-standard software stacks.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop complex software applications using a variety of programming languages and technologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify requirements and develop software solutionsManage and lead software development projects, ensuring that all deliverables are completed on time and to the required standardConduct code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and provide technical guidance to team membersDevelop and maintain documentation for software applications, including design documents, user manuals, and technical specificationsEnsure software applications are secure, reliable, and scalableStay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in software development and recommend new approaches and tools to improve software quality and productivityCommunicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand their needs and requirementsMust Haves:10+ years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years in a leadership roleStrong experience with Full Stack development, including front-end and back-end technologiesExperience with multiple programming languages, such as Java, Python, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with modern software development practices, such as Agile and DevOpsStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsActive TS/SCI-FSPBenefits:Paid time off
