Overview of position:

FEDITC is seeking an

experienced, Cyber Security Architect and Engineer

to be responsible for the successful performance in supporting the 8th Army C4I Deployable IT Services at

United States Army Garrison (USAG) Humphreys, Pyeongtaek, South Korea.

All work is related to C4I. Information Technology (IT) has transformed traditional battlefield functions, through emerging IT applications, progressing towards full realization of net-centric warfare. The complexity as well as number of 8A systems and networks has rapidly outgrown our organic ability to manage them. This support ensures a robust net-centric infrastructure, maintains network dominance, supplements our organic personnel and is fundamental to accomplishing the 8A mission.

This is an upcoming opportunity with a projected start date of 2 December 2024.A United States Citizenship and an active Top-Secret Clearance with a minimum Background Investigation complete NALC\T3 with SSBI\T5 initiated. is required to be considered for this position.Must reside in South KoreaResponsibilities:

Assisting 8A HQ and Major Subordinate Commands (MSC) in the preparation of (Assessment and Authorization) A&A and Tenant Inclusion Packet (TIP) documentation IAW the Risk Management Framework (RMF). The Contractor shall provide the status of A&A and TIP packages in the MSR. Complete documentation 30 days prior to required submission dateEnsuring all new systems are registered in the Enterprise Mission Assurance Service (eMASS) and Army Portfolio Management System (APMS) and ensure current systems are updated and maintained in eMASS and APMS; to include monitoring and generating plans of actions and milestones that are generated by the eMASS systemAssisting the 8A ISSMCoordinating and providing Cybersecurity training for 8A HQ and MSC personnelReviewing Host Based Security System (HBSS) and Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) reportsConducting monthly weapons check of SIPRNET and CENTRIXS-K networks IAW Army policies and directivesMeet all PWS stated requirements IAW applicable Army, DoD and federal regulationsQualifications

Experience/Skills:

At least four years supporting cybersecurity service provider CSSP and/or network systems and technology, including operation, system administration and sustainment of the Army Endpoint Security System/Host Based Security System (AESS/HBSS)Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or closely related field. No substitution for education requirementsCertifications:

DoD 8570.01-M/DoD 8140 Cyber Security Service Provider (CSSP) Level II certification, Sec+, CEH & CySA+Clearance:

Top Secret
