The Distribution Projects team manages the Maintenance, Critical Operating Equipment and partially the Poles Programs.

The successful candidate for this role will conduct research, data analysis and reporting in support of the programs’ success, strategy and operations. This role’s activities will entail building dashboards, identify gaps with data cleanup and provide analytics with the most relevant information for each program using the Lean processes.

Additional responsibilities may include business process improvement, quality control and other initiatives.This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland based on business needs.PG&E is providing the salary range that the company in good faith believes it might pay for this position at the time of the job posting. This compensation range is specific to the locality of the job.

The actual salary paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, geographic location, and internal equity.

Although we estimate the successful candidate hired into this role will be placed towards the middle or entry point of the range, the decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to these factors.​A reasonable salary range is:​Bay Area Minimum: $​114,000Bay Area Midpoint: $148,000Bay Area Maximum: $​182,000Job ResponsibilitiesPerform program data analytics – unit costs and dependency tracking for the Maintenance, COE and Poles programs – preferably in Power BI dashboardsSupport Program Managers with research on financials variancesAssist Program Managers in streamlining tasks and align with company’s goal on waste elimination.May help Program Managers develop business cases in support of strategy or change initiatives.Understand business needs

and perform custom/ad-hoc reporting working independently.Maintain portfolio compliance – data request support, internal and external compliance commitments Apply advanced analytical knowledge to wide-ranging issues.Perform analysis on highly complex data models that have cross-functional impact.Work cross-functionally with various departments in and outside of P&CQualificationsMinimum:Bachelors Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experienceJob-related experience, 6 yearsVery good verbal and written communication skillsFamiliar with SAP, Microsoft Office applications – proficient in Excel and building dashboards in Power BIDesired:Graduate Degree or equivalent experience#featuredjob
