Requirements: The requirements for this position include a bachelor's degree (a plus), a minimum of two years of experience in recruiting, and experience with high-volume recruiting is a plus. Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word & Excel, PowerPoint, and other web-based systems is also required.

Job Duties: The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing strategies and communications to support hiring demands. This includes conducting searches using traditional and creative sourcing methods, such as candidate outreach, online searches, job postings, internal database searches, industry organizations and associations, referrals, and third-party search firms. Additionally, proactively and creatively networking and sourcing to develop candidate relationships is a key aspect of the role.
