Each quarter, the H.E.A.R.T. award commitment will identify one exceptional employee to receive the $10,000 H.E.A.R.T. bonus.Ready to embark on a rewarding, challenging, and fulfilling career in the Federal IT Solutions space?Come grow with us!Job Title: Mid-Level IT Support SpecialistWork Location: Onsite- must be onsite at HQ 3-4 days/week; Washington, DC/Northern Virginia/MarylandClearance Required: N/A; US citizen/Authorized to work Full-time in United StatesPosition Description/Scope of Work:3+ years' experience and familiarity with Azure, Azure AD, and IntunePowerApps development experienceExperience with Microsoft 365 Admin Portal to include Exchange, SharePoint and TeamsFamiliarity with PowerShell and a desire to dive deeper (or Beginner-Intermediate level competency).Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop/laptop systems.Basic understanding of computer networking.The O365 Administrator will be the main point of contact for technical and support issues related to Office 365 administration. Resolve assigned cases/tickets, change requests, and acts as an escalation point for support issues.Ability to troubleshoot incidents, identify root causes, fix and document problems, and implement preventativeExperience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including Azure Servers & Storage and essential Azure NetworkingUnderstanding of Microsoft Identity and Access Management products such as Azure AD, ADFS, Azure AD Connect, Azure AD Proxy, SAMLAid in the development of long-term strategic goals for the enterprise messaging and collaboration environment to include Exchange Online OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams and other Microsoft services.Assist with the design and development of Office365 specific security policies, standards, and procedures - e.g. auditing and monitoring, security incident and event management, data protection, user and administrator account management, and conditional access controls.Monitor and respond to issues or service requests reported to IT helpdesk.
