Logistics Analyst Internship - Summer 2025Primient is seeking a Logistics Analyst Intern to join our Transportation team for an 11-week summer internship in Decatur, IL. This role offers hands-on experience in Transportation operations, continuous improvement initiatives, audits, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.Key responsibilities:Support continuous improvement initiatives within the transportation department.Assist with internal and third-party audits of logistics operations.Analyze transportation data and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.Prepare reports and presentations on findings.About you:Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.Excellent attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.What we offer:This internship will provide a comprehensive understanding of Transportation and Logistics processes within a dynamic business environment. It comes with an hourly rate of $21.00/hr, a $3000 Housing/Travel stipend, and professional development through the 11-week program.Items to note:This is a 40-hour per week/full-time role based in Decatur, IL. The role is Hybrid, requiring at least 3 days a week in the office.
