As a Cameo Systems Modeler, you will work with the Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic Command, Control, and Communications (C3) Shore team to develop and manage digital twin platform models for various C3 sites. Your understanding of systems engineering principles will enable you to translate complex requirements into comprehensive and functional systemmodels.Responsibilities:Create, manage, and refine systemmodels using Cameo Systems Modeler to support Digital Twin creation.Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring accurate representation in system models.Conduct rigorous validation and verification to ensure model accuracy and completeness.Perform detailed MBSE analyses to identify potential issues and recommend robust solutions.Generate comprehensive documentation and reports from system models for stakeholder review and decision-making.Facilitate the integration of system models with other engineering tools and processes.Keep up with the latestadvancements in MBSE and related technologies to continually enhance the team's modeling practices.
Required Qualifications:Demonstrated experience as a Cameo Systems Modeler or in a similar role, with a strong focus on MBSE.Able to obtain and maintain an Active Secret Security ClearanceProficient with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, andSharePoint)Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.A keen eye for detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
Desired Qualifications:Active Security Clearance2+ years of industry experience using Cameo Systems ModelerBS in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or Physical SciencesKnowledge of C4I systems and NAVWAR Enterprise processes, procedures, and mission statementCertifications in MBSE or related areas (OCSMP Model User, Model Builder, etc.)Experience with SysML (Systems Modeling Language) or UML (Unified Modeling Language)Familiarity with other engineering tools and softwarethat complement Cameo Systems Modeler.Solid understanding of systems engineering principles and methodologies.Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
