Responsibilities:Manage operational tasks for a complex environment of over 400 Microsoft Windows servers.Diagnose and resolve server performance issues, security permissions, and hardware problems.Build and maintain both virtual and physical server instances.Implement regular system updates, patches, and security configurations.Provide support for operational Linux servers as necessary.Contribute to disaster recovery planning and execute related projects.Assist the End User Support team by handling escalated technical issues.Be available for weekend or off-hour work as needed.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.At least 7 years of hands-on experience, specifically managing Windows Servers in a production environment.Deep technical knowledge of Microsoft technologies and server hardware (HP/Dell/Cisco).Proficiency in Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, DNS, and GPO Management.Strong scripting skills with PowerShell (minimum 4 years of experience).Extensive experience with VMware vSphere (minimum 4 years), VCP certification preferred.Familiarity with AWS/Azure cloud platforms (minimum 2 years).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Prior experience in the Financial Services industry is a plus.Desired experience with Linux systems, particularly Red Hat.Our current hybrid work model requires all team members to be in the office Monday through Thursday, with the flexibility to work remotely on Fridays.
