Job Description
This person will be supporting an SAP SuccessFactors implementation and enhancement project.
The Architect will review technical specification documents created by development teams and evaluate emerging technology for use across multiple domains, as well as create Architect Review Board documents. Additional responsibilities include cross domain technical oversight and mentoring functional architect

Skills and Requirements
5+ years experience as an SAP SuccessFactors Architect
Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors modules such as onboarding, recruiting, compensation, LMS, performance management and employee central
Retail industry experience
Advanced level knowledge of the following technology architecture domains: application, collaboration, data integration, networks, platform, security and systems management, site reliability engineering.
Advanced collaboration skills with the ability to handle conflict and to work with a distributed team. null
