Direct HirePLEASE, no C2C or 3RD PartiesDirector Of MarketingDescriptionThe Director of Marketing for an integral part of our corporate team residing and working in corporate office. Responsible for overseeing all marketing policies and programs for our all our eloquent dining, casual concepts, bars, nightlife, and club concepts. Identify areas of improvement to increase brand awareness, brand loyalty, media, and social media reach.Director of Marketing ResponsibilitiesMarketing StrategyOversee and coordinate product development and marketing trends.Develop marketing strategies through all platformsDevelop brand strategiesDevelop, and implement loyalty marketing strategyGenerate all content and design emails, marketing collateralOn Premise MarketingCoordinate, support, execute, document, and promote off-site and in-house marketing eventsAttend operations and other relevant meetings as marketing team representativeAssist on special projects as neededCreative ManagementCreate, manage, and maintain all visual marketing assetsCreate, capture, and edit original photo and video content for all brands for use on all marketing platforms Schedule, plan, and execute approved photo/video shootsPurchase or requisition supplies as needed (models, wardrobe, props, etc.)QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Public Relations or related discipline.6-10 years of experience in restaurant marketing with demonstrated success, preferably in restaurant or hospitality sector.Demonstrated skills, knowledge and experience in the design and execution of marketing, communications, and media activities.Bold executive leader who has the vision & drive to try new approaches based on a combination of data, experience and instincts.Proven experience developing, inspiring, and activating teams to deliver best in class marketing messaging against key audiences.Experience developing and managing budgets, and hiring, training, developing, supervising and appraising personnel.Commitment to working with shared leadership and in cross-functional teams.Professional, reliable, enthusiastic, self-reliant, self-motivated, and demonstrated ability to work well under pressure with all groups while addressing people courageously, directly, and candidly.Ability to manage multiple projects at a time, and build strong, highly collaborative relationships.Thorough knowledge of marketing strategies and tactics, preferably in a restaurant/hospitality environment.Strong drive for success; continuous learning of new and improved marketing techniques.Excellent business judgment and curiosity of the business environment.Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to effectively communicate to a broad range of audiences, from restaurant personnel to c-level leaders.Strong understanding of creative concepts and storytelling and how to engage consumers.Proven experience in translating a brand vision and strategy into compelling customer communications.Experience developing and leading a comprehensive multi-market, multi-product media and advertising plan for a major consumer brandUnderstanding of metrics and ROI techniques for measuring media and communication effectiveness.In depth understanding of customer perception and behavior and applying that to move the brand forward.Proven success in developing impactful Social Media acquisition, advertising and community engagement programs.This role requiresAbility to move about freelyTravel 50% of the timeIn office position, traditional working hours, and days (M-F, 9:00 a.m. to 5 p.m.)Complete position requirements in a fast-paced environmentMust be able to be stationary for extended periods of time in a seated position.Bottom of Form
