Job Title: Anaplan ArchitectLocation: San Jose CA (Remote)Job Type: Full-time/ContractJob Summary:We are seeking a highly skilled Anaplan Architect to lead and drive the design, development, and implementation of scalable Anaplan solutions. As the Anaplan Architect, you will play a critical role in aligning the Anaplan platform with business needs, facilitating planning, forecasting, and modeling functions. This is an onsite role based in San Jose, CA.Key Responsibilities:Solution Architecture & Design: Lead the architecture and design of Anaplan models, ensuring alignment with business objectives and scalability.Implementation: Drive the end-to-end implementation of Anaplan solutions across various business units, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring the Anaplan solution meets their needs.Model Building: Build and maintain complex Anaplan models, incorporating multi-dimensional data for accurate forecasting and planning.Process Improvement: Collaborate with business units to identify and implement improvements in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes through Anaplan.Data Integration: Ensure smooth integration of data between Anaplan and other business systems like ERP, CRM, and other enterprise platforms.Training & Documentation: Provide training to business users on Anaplan usage and best practices. Maintain documentation for models and processes.Governance: Establish model governance practices, ensuring data integrity and consistency across Anaplan models.Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or a related field.5+ years of hands-on experience in designing and implementing Anaplan solutions.Strong background in finance, planning, and analysis (FP&A), supply chain, or other business domains.Experience in Anaplan model building, performance optimization, and best practice implementation.Proficiency in multi-dimensional modelling within Anaplan.Expertise in integrating Anaplan with other systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).Familiarity with Excel, VBA, and other BI tools is a plus.Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with cross-functional teams.Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.Anaplan certification (preferred but not required).
