Position: Business Data Analyst (FAN Site Deployment)Location: Hybrid - Rosemead, CA 91770POSITION SUMMARYThe FAN Site Deployment Business Data Analyst will be part of the Field Area Network group within Information Technology Grid Services organization with our Client.The successful candidate will:Support project manager and team in the FAN Radio Access Network (RAN) site planning, construction, and equipment installation & turnup.Be responsible for requirements gathering, tracking, and reporting for the site deployment projects.Provide documentation and project administration support including RAID and project tools updates.Support the project manager in updating project plans for project tracking and status reporting.Perform analysis to business problems and develop alternatives, presenting findings and recommendations to management.Manages and/or administers key project activities in support of RAN site deployment.Support Deployment team with development, management, and storage of project artifacts.RESPONSIBILITIESLeads the gathering and identification of business and system requirements for migration and integration into the Field Area Network.Coordinates with Stakeholders to ensure results meet requirements, design and implementation needs.Performs problem analysis, directs implementation of resolution and mitigation.Acts as key resource or consultant to department and division management, customers, and client organization on specific project, functional, or strategic issues with moderate to broad impact.Consult with project and program management on risks, issues, project tracking, changes and technical direction of deliverables.Perform project maintenance activities like updating project plans.Develop and map business processesREQUIRED EDUCATION, CERTIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGEBachelor's degree5+ years business and technical experience working in the network area, consulting with clients, analyzing and developing solutions to enable the business.Must have experience in Telecomm, heavy data aggregation, Power Excel user, VLookup up, etc. Power BI-dashboard creation and maintenance.Working knowledge with 4G LTE or 5G RAN deploymentsTelecomm or wireless network knowledgeMicrosoft Visio experienceKnowledgeable on analytical methods.PREFERREDExperience with Site TrackerSix Sigma Certification, CSM certification highly desired
