Position: SAP Architect – Digital TransformationOverview:We are seeking talented and passionate individuals to join our digital transformation team as we embark on a major global ERP implementation to drive our mission of creating a sustainable, clean-energy future. This strategic initiative will center around the implementation of the SAP S4 HANA platform, offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity for those passionate about technology and sustainability. As a key member of our team, you will work on cutting-edge technology, collaborate with a diverse global team, and contribute significantly to the fight against climate change.Role Responsibilities:SAP Solution Design:Lead the design of SAP solutions that align with business requirements and industry best practices.Define and document architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices for SAP implementations.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective SAP architecture and design.
System Integration:Ensure seamless integration of SAP systems with other enterprise systems, both SAP and non-SAP.Develop integration strategies and oversee the implementation of middleware and integration solutions.Identify opportunities for process automation and optimization through system integration.
Performance Optimization:Monitor SAP system performance and proactively identify areas for improvement.Implement performance tuning measures and optimization strategies.Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of SAP solutions.
Technical Leadership:Provide technical leadership and guidance to SAP development and support teams.Mentor and coach team members in SAP technologies and best practices.Stay updated with SAP trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Security and Compliance:Implement and oversee security measures to protect SAP systems and data.Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.Conduct security assessments and audits as necessary.
Vendor Management:Manage relationships with SAP vendors, consultants, and service providers.Collaborate with vendors to leverage their expertise and support for SAP solutions.Evaluate and recommend third-party SAP add-ons and solutions when needed.
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain comprehensive documentation of SAP architecture, configurations, and changes.Prepare and deliver reports to management and stakeholders on the status of SAP projects and initiatives.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.Typically 8-10 years of experience in SAP architecture, design, and implementation.SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Technology Associate or SAP Certified Application Associate, are highly desirable.Proven experience as an SAP Architect or in a similar role, with in-depth knowledge of SAP technologies and solutions.Strong understanding of SAP modules, including SAP ERP, SAP S/4HANA, SAP BW/4HANA, SAP CRM, and others.Expertise in SAP integration technologies, SAP Cloud Platform, and SAP Fiori/UI5.Familiarity with SAP security and compliance standards.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
