will be assigned pieces of the migration project to unify all Tyler computers under a standard set of defined hardware and software specifications. Working alongside existing IT Support staff to ensure the project goals and deadlines are met. This position has a direct impact on the perception and reputation of the department and its ability to support its customers.This is a TEMPORARY position with a planned end date at the end of 2024.LocationYarmouth, Maine | Troy, MichiganResponsibilitiesProvide end-user support for Tyler's internal customers via telephone, email and in-person.Work with other IT Support team to migrate existing divisional machines to the Tyler domainReplace machines that do that do not meet standardsTroubleshoot software and hardware problems in advancement of migration projectQualifications
Entry level basic computer skills and troubleshootingMay be required to lift 30 pounds on a weekly basis and bend and work in restrictive spaces such as under desksMust be able to work onsite in either the Yarmouth Maine (1 Tyler Drive, Yarmouth, ME 04096) or Troy, Michigan (840 W.
