Swoon is hiring a End User Support Technician for our top client in Arlington Heights, IL!Afternoon shift (3PM-11PM)6 month contract with strong potential to extend/convertW2 Only/ not C2C eligible/ no sponsorship available at this timeOn Site in Arlington Heights, ILBenefits available: Medical/Dental/VisionLooking to hire ASAPWhat does the day to day look like?Under minimal supervision provide level 1 and 2 Unisys mainframe and application technical support to the end user community.Troubleshoots and resolves hardware, application, and user problems as they arise.Manages incidents (ServiceNow tickets) from beginning to end.Assist level 3 Mainframe Engineering to perform software and hardware upgrades and routine maintenance.Provides constant system monitoring and escalation as hardware or application issues surface.Interacts daily with our Network Operation Center to resolve system user logon, print routing and other customer needs.Why do we love this company?Leading airline company servicing more than 210 U.S. domestic and international destinations from its hubs with mission to service customers and employees at top tier caliber!What's required:2+ years experience in technical support for computer software applications, desktop systems and networks.Prior experience using ticketing platform (ex.
