$50- $55 hourly W2Our industry leading client is in need of am IT Business Analyst that has strong experience utilizing data to solve key business problems within the Customer Data team. The ideal candidate will have strong SQL experience and experience working with customer databases both on prem and cloud based and then translating data insights to delivery teams.Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.
Qualifications for the IT Business Analyst:Must have strong SQL skills and experience developing queries on large datasetsAWS experience strongly preferredExperience working across departments on data strategies that improve business processes and translating business initiatives into needed data engineering tasksExperience creating and managing Technical documents like ETL Mapping and Data DictionariesBachelors DegreeStrong data background, understanding database and data structureExperience developing, improving, and/or maintaining data visualizationsStrong ability to work independently and collaboratively and meeting established goals and deadlines, excellent communicatorExperience with product testing and usability testingLocal to Charlotte, NC and can work Hybrid scheduleDirect w-2 employment only - No 3rd Parties - Position not eligible for Visa Sponsorship or Transfer
