What you will be doing:- Remote, helpdesk and desktop support for all issues - hardware, software, application, and imaging- Remote, helpdesk support through VPN- Supporting Windows 10 and O365 environment- PC Imaging using SCCM- Support using Active Directory Azure, AD Azure, MFA, Multi-Factor Authentication
What you will need:- 3-6+ years of experience in Technical Support, Helpdesk Support, Remote Support, Desktop Support or Field Support- Experience with Active Directory Azure, AD Azure- Experience with remote support through VPN- Experience with MFA - Multi-Factor Authentication- Experience with SCCM - System Center Configuration Manager for PC Imaging and Windows migrations- Office 365, O365- Operational break/fix support- Experience supporting Windows 10
Work Ability:- Ability to lift up to approx. 40-50+ lbs, mobility will require bending, crawling in work stations, walking around facilities, sitting, standing, lifting / moving devices, computers, printers, etc.
