Position: Desktop Support EngineerLocation: Poughkeepsie, NYONSITE - Full-timeJob Responsibilities:Hardware, Infrastructure & Network SupportProvide user support (deskside support), troubleshoot hardware and devices, network operations, routers/switches/wifi, printers, scanners, laptops, etc.Provide onsite NOC (Network Operation Center) support for local Poughkeepsie branchTravel to nearby bank branches 20-25% of the time to provide support as neededSetup and support backup systems, disaster recovery plans and replicationResponsible for phone system, cabling, troubleshooting, and equipment maintenanceRequired Skills/Experience:4+ years of experience as a Network Administrator, Deskside Support Technician, Hardware Support Technician, NOC Engineer, MSP Engineer, etc.4+ years supporting hardware, networks and infrastructureExperience maintaining and troubleshooting PrintersPreferred Skills/Experience:Experience working in a banking environmentTechnical College or Certifications in relevant technologies preferred
