This is a contract-to-hire opportunity and offers outstanding benefits.

Responsibilities :

User account setup and maintenance.New user, computer, mobile device and peripheral setup, maintenance, and support.Primary contact for user and systems support.User training including security training.Must be able to document problem resolutions within trouble tickets and maintain written documentation.Monitor dashboards and respond to incidents/alerts.System imaging and deployment.Periodic travel to our satellite offices.Perform other related duties as assigned or required.

Requirements :

Education: Bachelor's degree (computer science or related technology field preferred); Will consider an Associate degree with relevant certifications.Relevant IT certifications highly desirable.3-5 years' IT support experience in a Windows environment; professional office experience preferred.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Strong people and communication skills.Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work.Experience with Active Directory, Print Management, and Windows Server.Proficiency with troubleshooting end user computer, mobile devices, remote access, and A/V issues, including hardware, software, network, and Windows OS.Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat.Video conferencing (Zoom preferred).
