If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.We are currently seeking a Sr Desktop Support Technician to join our team in Los Angeles, California (US-CA), United States (US).**This role requires working onsite daily at our client's facilityand requires employee to be fully vaccinated on or before start date, to the extent required by applicable law.Day to Day job DutiesInstall, upgrade, support, and troubleshoot for computer (desktops & laptops) hardware, mobile devices (tablets), printers, scanners, and any other supported devices.Perform general preventative maintenance tasks on computer (desktops & laptops) hardware, mobile devices (tablets), printers, scanners, and any other supported devices.Diagnose and resolve software issues, operating system issues, and network issues.Interact with End Users to identify IT issues, provide easy to understand explanation of the resolution, and to provide timely updates on progress of their IT issues.Respond in a timely manner to end user inquiries and requests, ensuring to maintain customer satisfaction and adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).Manage daily Incident and/or Requests queue from an ITSM tool by accurately documenting work notes and resolution notes.May travel to remote/off-site locations as requestedLots of walking between end users on large campusBasic Qualifications:3+ years of experience in hands-on enterprise level desktop environmentAbility to lift up to 40 lbs.Additional Skills:Certification in CompTIA A+Ability to travel between office locations within greater Los Angeles and its surrounding areas.Physically able to lift and move Enterprise and Client technology hardware in our customer environmentsHands-on experience troubleshooting network issues, printer problems, network connectivity, WAN, and internet-related issuesComprehensive understanding of basic networking conceptsExperience supporting and managing Microsoft Windows in a domain environment.Strong documentation skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to multitask and stay organized.Proficiency with Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Excel.Positive, self-motivated, and a team player with an independent and helpful demeanor.Experience with Apple Mac OS and/or iOSExperience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) such as Airwatch or JAMFCertifications in Microsoft Office 365Microsoft Technology Associate certificationWhere required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles.
