This is a hybrid WFH role allowing the Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP) to be at home 2 days per week with the other 3 days in our Oak Brook, IL office.As a Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP), you'll play a pivotal role in providing top-tier IT services and support to our diverse client base. You'll be troubleshooting Tier 1 and Tier 2 issues supporting technologies such as Windows Server, AD/GPO, M365, VMware, Hyper-V, Cisco, SonicWALL, and Azure.Service Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP) Responsibilities and Requirements:Previous MSP experience requiredTracking & documenting support activities, using ConnectWise ticketing systemHave good working knowledge of Windows operating systems (desktop and all server)Have knowledge of desktop, laptop, and basic server hardware.Assist or install and configure desktops, laptops, and basic networking hardwareHave intermediary knowledge of routers, firewalls, networking and TCP/IP protocolHave moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office/Microsoft 365Have a strong attention to detail and ability to communicate and document with clarityHave excellent customer service skillsService Desk Technician Tier 2 (MSP) Benefits:Health, Dental, Vision, and Life InsuranceHybrid WFH (2 days at home)Short and Long-Term Disability15 Days PTO + Paid Holidays401(k) with company matchCertification ReimbursementInternal Growth OpportunitiesWeekly Lunch Provided
