Job Description
A client of Insight Global is looking for a Tableau Resource Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to support business decision-making. This role requires a strong understanding of data visualization best practices and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to translate their requirements into effective data solutions.
Compensation: $59/hr. -- 75/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.

10 years of IT experience & bachelors degree
Hands on experience creating dashboards and data visualizations within Tableau
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Collaborate with team members to gather requirements and translate them into effective data visualizations. Experience with healthcare contracts or CMS
Hands on experience developing in Salesforce null
