To help us build functional systems that improve client experience. We are now looking for a well-rounded and experienced Scrum Master. The ideal Scrum Master is a strategic differentiator, who is committed to our business and can help define the future.

Role ResponsibilitiesThe Scrum Master is responsible for being a Coach, Facilitator, and Servant Leader for their multiple Agile teams. We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead multiple teams in our agile and dynamic work environment. If you have a strong background in Agile and Kanban frameworks, release coordination, and change management.

Scrum Master Leadership : Lead and coach multiple Agile teams, ensuring they adhere to Agile and Kanban principles.Release Coordination:

Oversee the planning and execution of releases, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.Triaging:

Facilitate the triaging of issues and prioritize them effectively to maintain a streamlined workflow.Change Management:

Drive the adoption of Agile practices and help teams adapt to change while ensuring minimal disruption to ongoing work.Tools Expertise:

Utilize your expertise in tools such as ServiceNow, PIER, PowerBI, JIRA Service Desk, ETS JIRA, and ETS Confluence to enhance team productivity and collaboration.Team Progress Tracking:

Track and communicate team commitments, velocity, and sprint/release progress.Impediment Removal:

Remove or escalate team impediments that jeopardize sprint goals and facilitate discussion and conflict resolution.Coach and Train:

Coach, train, and support other Scrum Masters within the organization, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Agile Principles:

Ensure development teams are practicing Agile principles, promote self-organization, and support the Product Team and Product Owner.Improvement Initiatives:

Identify and suggest measurable improvements for the team(s) and contribute to the betterment of the product backlog.Communication:

Promote internal and external communications, improving transparency, and radiating information to all stakeholders.Standards and Best Practices:

Participate proactively in developing and maintaining team standards, tools, and best practices.Value-Based Prioritization:

Facilitate value-based prioritization and resolution for new stories.Interpersonal Skills:

Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work with diverse personality types, and support the Product Owner and Project Manager.

Skills & Qualifications

7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.Strong knowledge and experience with Agile and Kanban frameworks.Proficiency in release coordination and planning.Expertise in triaging issues and managing priorities effectively.Change management skills to guide teams through transitions.In-depth knowledge of Agile-related tools such as ServiceNow, PIER, PowerBI, JIRA Service Desk, ETS JIRA, and ETS Confluence.Prior experience with customer success is a plus.Familiarity with Mobile Iron or mobile device management is a plus.Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes and lifecycle.Exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.Digital savviness and experience operating in an enterprise mobility environment/organization.Proven ability to manage multiple projects/deliveries simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications

Background in the technical field as an engineer is preferred.Experience of applying different delivery methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban.Proven delivery experience within a complex IT environment with significant volume of change.Digital savviness and experience operating in an enterprise mobility environment/organization.Thorough understanding of iterative development, incremental delivery, and software development processes and lifecycle.Proven ability to manage multiple projects/deliveries simultaneously.What We Offer
