HOW THE BUSINESS REQUIREMENTS ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Conducts research and analytical studies on a variety of programs and issues
Coordinates and expedites reports and program
Develops procedures and formulates recommendations and prepares reports.
Conduct organizational analysis and evaluations, to determine functional requirements, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Serves as advisor to clients in assigned subject areas, recommends functional changes, and identifies areas for further investigation.Generates recommendations in the form of briefings, reports, and other major documents provided to senior level client personnel.
Analyzes user needs to determine functional requirements for a wide variety of projects and highlights areas of improvement
Utilizes extremely complex modeling and measuring techniques. Performs functional modeling based on requirements analysis
Directs functional testing of various projects or systems.
Researches, identifies, and recommends resources required for task execution and completion
WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Education: BA/BS (or equivalent experience)
Required Experience: 6+ years of relevant experience
Required Technical Skills:
Experience implementing micro services; Experience implementing AWS cloud solutions; Experience with automated CI/CD pipelines; Experience with distributed data architectures
Required Skills and Abilities:
Apply the project management model (e.g. Spiral, Waterfall, Agile) selected for a given development effort
Provide analysis, design, development, deployment, and lifecycle support for innovative hardware systems and applications.
Develop end-to-end cost analysis for projects; ensure systems being developed comply with the enterprise technical architecture

The likely salary range for this position is $149,600 - $202,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
