Their platform empowers developers to create custom rules, such as flow-of-funds and rate limits, merging decentralized governance with the security and transparency of blockchain.Role Description:As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the strategic direction and architecture of software that impacts leading crypto and Web3 projects. You'll play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing the distributed systems that form the backbone of our protocol.Utilize your expertise in distributed systems to design and implement robust back-end services.Develop and communicate technical designs and solutions within the Web3 ecosystem.Engage in design and code reviews, daily stand-ups, and agile development processes.Continuously learn from peers and stay updated on emerging technologies and methodologies in distributed node infrastructure and Web3.Requirements:BS/MS in a technical field such as Computer Science.Proficiency in Golang Web3, Docker, Kubernetes.At least 5 years of software development experience with high-scale distributed systems (building, owning, and operating).Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices across the full development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, and automated testing.Experience in fast-paced startups and blockchain development.The Benefits:As a Staff Software Engineer, you'll receive a competitive salary of $220,000-$250,000 + Equity.
