We are looking for an After Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our distributor partners, business units, third party logistics partners, and our global logistics supply chain team. Responsibilities includes coordination of all tasks related to inquiries, call center tickets, customer support, spare parts inventory control, as well as aid in process improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

#CUSTOMER SUPPORT

Resolve inquiries related to distributors cooler repairs, disposals, branding projects, products, claims, and customer concerns Initiate transportation track and trace (as required)

Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to resolve logistics challenges

Monitor and provide status updates on cooler service tickets (Zendesk)

Interact with key personnel and service providers to monitor and develop process to ensure the timely and accurate processing of cooler service tickets

Establish strong working relationship with business units, distributors, logistics partners, service providers, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer support

#SYSTEMS SUPPORT

Maintain distributor customer master data in company's operational systems (Zendesk)

Ensure all tickets are properly entered and maintained within the relevant system

#OPERATING PROCEDURES AND COMPLIANCE

Communicate SOP's to assigned distributors and service providers Provide input and recommendations to continuously improve customer service

#MISCELLANEOUS OPERATIONS SUPPORT

Provide logistics and transfer support as needed Support as required for yearly physical inventory and audits Maintain documentation and procedures related to logistics policies and procedures Prepared to assume additional tasks outside job description (as needed/directed)

EXPERIENCE NEEDED

0-1+ years' experience related to customer service and logistics operations Outstanding customer service skills Excellent written and verbal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Basic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferred Basic analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experience

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirements

LANGUAGE REQUIREMENTS Fluent in English Bilingual a plus #ZR
