DESIRED SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:Direct experience with one or more of the following Navy ACAT and AAP programs is preferred:Ship's Signal Exploitation Equipment (SSEE) Family of Systems (FoS), (Spectral as the follow-on SSEE system is contained within the SSEE FoS), Cryptologic Carry-On Program (CCOP), SSEE Ship New Construction (SCN), Foreign Military Sales (FMS) United Kingdom (UK)/New Zealand (NZ), Distributed Common Ground System - Navy (DCGS-N) FoS, Intelligence Carry-On Program (ICOP), Joint Tactical Terminal - Maritime (JTT-M), Automatic Identification System, (AIS), Maritime Domain Awareness (MDA), and Integrated Communications and Data Systems (ICADS)Proficiency in DoD Acquisition and Life-Cycle Management policies and proceduresExperience using CMPRO, JIRA, and SAFE AGILEFamiliarity with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations)Familiarity with FIAR (Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness) compliancy standards

FILLING THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON FUNDINGPRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Contributes to a Configuration Control Board in order to define and implement lifecycle management processes related to the release of new product baselinesContributes to and guides change management and product configuration management efforts related to hardware and software levels of efforts (LOEs)Controls and updates documentation relating to existing managed system level baselines
