Join our team as a Wireless Architect where you'll be the go-to expert for all wireless technologies. In this role, you'll design, deploy, and maintain our critical wireless infrastructure, ensuring seamless and secure network connectivity across our hospital and remote sites.What You'll Do:Lead Wireless Initiatives:
Oversee planning, design, and support for our wireless networks, including Cisco WLCs, ISE, Prime, and more.Ensure Security & Performance:
Monitor and secure our network, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements for maximum uptime.Collaborate & Communicate:
Work closely with various teams to align network projects with business goals, and communicate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Innovate & Document:
Develop new network strategies, stay on top of the latest technologies, and maintain accurate technical documentation.What You Bring:Expertise:
9+ years of experience in wireless networking, with deep knowledge of Cisco WLC, ISE, Prime, RF design, and network technologies.Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues efficiently.Project Management:
Experience leading network projects with a focus on reliability and security.Communication:
Strong verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.Preferred:Certifications:
A valid CCNP Enterprise is a plus.Experience:
