This role involves supporting various departments, including Information Technology (IT), Legal, Finance, Facilities and Maintenance, and Food Services.
As part of the System Services Informatics team, you will provide analytical services to seven key areas:Revenue Cycle: Change Capture & Coding OptimizationRevenue Cycle: Denials ManagementHIMs & Patient AccessFoundationHuman ResourcesLegal, Risk Management & ComplianceCOE-PCSC / Clarabridge / GenesisWhat you'll be doing...
Supporting the operations of System Services InformaticsAssisting stakeholders in developing monthly updates and metrics, and consolidating them into the required monthly report out artifacts per corporate standardsSupporting scheduling and preparations for bi-monthly strategic topics reviewsHere is the detailed job description:
Senior Data Analyst - System Services (100% Remote)
Experience with Epic Clarity reporting and SQL proficiency is requiredPrior Business Objects, relational databases and health care experience in Revenue Cycle, and Legal/Compliance reporting is strongly preferredAbility to understand business requirements, translate those to technical specifications, and identify the most efficient and accurate reporting solution.Proactively analyze data; provide insights and navigate efficiently between levels of detail to transform data into an audience appropriate story that can be used to support business decisions.Act as a data steward maintaining and ensuring data integrity; manage research concerning data anomalies, work with other departments to identify solutions or workaround, and communicate outcomes and impacts to other departments as appropriate.Ability to learn multiple tools and socialize, engage, and adopt business stakeholders on these toolsAbility to work on competing priorities without comprising the quality of work.Demonstrated skills to support a team through standard processes or projectsExcellent written and oral communication is a MUSTTypes of Projects:
Revenue Cycle KPI DashboardLeveraging revenue cycle data for ad hoc report development (ex: reporting/analysis on specific EPIC work queues, payor specific reimbursement, etc. in response to business needs)Owner/subject matter expert in revenue cycle, finance, legal compliance and other related dataDirectly support BAC and working alongside another AAIV
