Job Description

A large automotive company is looking to hire a Scrum Master to join their team of 4 consisting of a product owner, BA, developer and offshore QA. This person will be responsible for transforming the clients environment from waterfall to Agile/Scrum. They will be responsible for scheduling and facilitating Scrum ceremonies (daily scrum, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives & sprint review meetings). This person will be working heavily with JIRA and some ServiceNow and confluence. They will be the sole scrum master for the team and required to be onsite 3 days a week - Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.

Skills and Requirements

5+ years of Scrum Master experience - help guide team through process to abide by scrum guidelines

Experience using Scrum tools specifically JIRA to keep track of project

Ability to come onsite 3 days a week in South Jersey Confluence and ServiceNow

Relevant certifications null
