Overview
The Linux Systems Engineer will report to the Western Currency Facility - WCF (Fort Worth, TX).The person in this role shall be responsible for installing, updating, patching, removing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining all existing and future installations of Red Hat Linux servers.REQUIREMENTS:The Linux Systems Engineer filling this position shall have at least four (4) years of experience administering and maintaining Linux Operating Systems.
Experience with Linux on a virtualized platform (Nutanix, VMWare or Microsoft Hyper-V) is preferred.REQUIRED CERTIFICATION:This position requires the incumbent holds a current certification as a Red Hat Certified Systems Administrator (RHCSA) or preferred Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE).ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
