OnsiteAs a Lead Software Scrum Master, you will have the opportunity to directly impact the world around you and contribute to classified programs and technologies you are passionate about. Our small agile teams adapt to evolving customer needs and engineers at Raytheon Technologies benefit from a flexible work environment where engineers can move between teams and support new domains critical to our nation's defense.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with IPT Leadership, Product Owner, and other Scrum Masters to prioritize development efforts and resolve issues.Lead sprint and increment planning, and facilitate cross-team/cross-discipline coordination and communication.Design and develop software at least 50% of the time when not performing scrum master duties.Work with talented teams of engineers, architects, and leaders in an Agile environment.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in STEM and 8 years of relevant software engineering experience.Experience with Agile metrics and strong coding ability using Java, C/C++, or similar programming languages.Active and transferable U.S. government issued Top Secret security clearance is required.Preferred:CSM or CSPO certification, proficiency in object-oriented design, and experience with DevOps and Continuous Integration/Continuous Development.Experience with satellite ground system software is a plus.Benefits:Salary range: $96,000 - $200,000, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401(k) match, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.Equal Opportunity:RTX is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.Privacy Policy and Terms:Click on this link to read the Policy and Terms
