We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is eager to excel in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will possess a "can-do" attitude, demonstrate exceptional communication skills, be flexible, and have a strong desire to learn and grow within our company. This role is pivotal in driving our sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying potential leads, setting the stage for successful sales engagements.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:

Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, industry events, and online research.Outbound Prospecting:

Proactively reach out to potential customers via phone, email, and social media to generate interest in Flexera's solutions.Meeting & Exceeding

monthly quota of sourced opportunitiesQualification : Engage with prospects to understand their needs, pain points, and fit with our offerings, ensuring that only qualified leads are passed to the sales team.CRM Management:

Accurately document all interactions with prospects in the CRM system, maintaining up-to-date records and providing insights to the sales team.Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align efforts, share feedback, and refine messaging to improve lead quality.Continuous Learning:

Stay up-to-date on Flexera's products, industry trends, and best practices in sales development to enhance your skills and performance.Adaptability:

Demonstrate the ability to quickly adjust to changes in priorities, processes, and customer needs, maintaining a positive and productive approach.Required Skills and Experience:Experience
