3 month contract role based in Milpitas, CA !5x per week onsite requiredRate: $33 per hourNo potential to extendTop Daily ResponsibilitiesDaily CR CheckWork on ticketing queue; creating help desk tickets.Support Conference Rooms (Zoom) and eventsDocumentation; write and update documentation of all IT/Systems ProcessesAdditional Responsibilities:Troubleshoots software and hardware failures and identifies network problems when they relate to personal (desktop or laptop) computers.Performing regular maintenance on PC equipment such as computers, notebook computers, printers, and auto-switches; scanning computers for virusesMaintaining an inventory of PC hardware equipment and software programsProviding relocation of PC systems as neededAssisting with special projects on various issues as neededMust have:Experience in supporting end-users (in person / remote) in a corporate environment.Experience with Zoom CRKnowledge of Windows 10 operating system, Mac OSKnowledge of general network and computer security
