For more information, please visit .Job Title:Canonical Data ModelerWork LocationScottsdale AZJob DescriptionOverall 15 experience in data projectsWe are seeking an experienced Senior Canonical Data Modeler to lead the design and development of our enterprisewide canonical data models The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of data modeling principles data governance and data architecture They will work closely with business stakeholders data architects and IT teams to create and maintain standardized reusable and scalable canonical data models that support our organizations strategic objectivesResponsibilities1 Lead the development and maintenance of canonical data models ensuring alignment with business requirements and data governance policies2 Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand business needs and develop data models that meet those needs3 Design and implement data models that are scalable flexible and adaptable to changing business requirements4 Ensure data models are consistent with industry standards and best practices5 Develop and maintain data modeling standards guidelines and procedures6 Provide expertise and guidance on data modeling and data governance to IT teams and business stakeholders7 Collaborate with data architects to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture8 Participate in data governance councils and working groups to ensure data models align with organizational data governance policies9 Stay uptodate with industry trends and emerging technologies in data modeling and data governanceRequirements1 15 years of experience in data modeling with a focus on canonical data modeling2 Strong understanding of data modeling principles data governance and data architecture3 Experience with data modeling tools and technologies such as Erwin PowerDesigner or similar4 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with business stakeholders and IT teams5 Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to understand complex business requirements6 Experience with data governance frameworks and best practices7 Experience in Supply Chain Management SCM8 Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related fieldNice to Have1 Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field2 Certification in data modeling or data governance such as CDM or CDMP3 Experience with cloudbased data platforms and technologies4 Knowledge of data quality and data integration principles5 Experience with agile development methodologiesBenefits/perks listed below may vary depending on the nature of your employment with LTIMindtree ( LTIM ):Benefits and Perks:Comprehensive Medical Plan Covering Medical, Dental, VisionShort Term and Long-Term Disability Coverage401(k) Plan with Company matchLife InsuranceVacation Time, Sick Leave, Paid HolidaysPaid Paternity and Maternity LeaveThe range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum salary target for the position across all US locations.
