The ideal candidate will have experience working with directly with stakeholders to deliver advanced analytics and reporting solutions.Required Knowledge and Skills:Proven experience as an Analytics Engineer or similar role, with a strong focus on Azure and Power BIExperience developing and implementing data architecture within a cloud-based solution (ex Azure, Snowflake, AWS, GCP)Experience with Microsoft Azure including Azure SQL Database and Azure Synapse AnalyticsExperience with SQL, SQL Server, and DAXStrong analytical and problem-solving skills balanced with a creative mindsetPreferred Knowledge and Skills:Experience in data lake or lakehouse developmentExperience with implementing solutions in Microsoft FabricExperience in Power BI or other BI tools (ex-Tableau, Looker, etc.)Experience using Python in developing analytics solutionsMicrosoft Azure or Power BI CertificationsEssential Duties:Create, champion and implement data modeling and architecture standards to support advanced analytics and reportingCollaborate with analysts and stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver robust data modelsDesign, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL/ELT processes using Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Fabric and other Azure services.Optimize and manage data storage solutions including Azure SQL Database and Azure Blob StorageDevelop and maintain documentation for data processes, architectures, and workflows.Monitor and troubleshoot data pipelines and workflows to ensure optimal performance.Additional Details:Interviews will be done virtually, but work will be hybrid.
