As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs, gathering requirements, and translating them into actionable plans. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and development teams to ensure that business objectives are met and that solutions align with organizational goals.Key Responsibilities:Requirements Gathering and Analysis:Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, objectives, and challenges.Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather and document detailed requirements.Analyze and prioritize requirements to ensure alignment with business goals.

Data Analysis and Reporting:Collect, analyze, and interpret data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights and support decision-making.Use data analysis tools and techniques to drive actionable recommendations.

Solution Design and Documentation:Create detailed documentation including business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.Develop and present solution proposals to stakeholders and ensure alignment with business needs.

Project Management Support:Assist in project planning and coordination, including setting milestones and tracking progress.Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and project teams.Monitor project deliverables and ensure timely and accurate completion.

Process Improvement:Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Conduct gap analyses and assess the impact of proposed changes on business operations.Implement and monitor process changes to ensure successful adoption.

Stakeholder Communication:Serve as a liaison between business units and IT/development teams.Communicate project updates, changes, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.Provide training and support to end-users as needed.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.Proven experience in requirements gathering, data analysis, and solution documentation.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques (e.g., BPMN, UML).Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools).Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Preferred Skills:Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards.Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or related areas.Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).What We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.Flexible work hours and remote work options.A collaborative and supportive team environment.[Other perks and benefits specific to your company, e.g., wellness programs, team-building activities].
