Our client, an industry leader in their space, is looking to hire a
UX Writer / Content Strategist
on a long-term contract basis. The right candidate will have a strong Copywriting and Content Strategy background with core UX skills. This role will work in collaboration with a team of UX and UI designers, UX researchers, accessibility specialists, operations, engineering and product teams.Skills:Execute on Content Strategy for Search experience in support of larger organizational goals and objective.Ensure your content uses the proper voice and tone.Work with the product management, design and research teams to source or create the right content to educate, motivate and empower users.Collaborate with UX researchers and analytics teams to understand user behaviors and uncover new opportunities for engagement.Collaborate with our Accessibility team to design a content experience that meets WCAG guidelines.Provide content of varying fidelity to product designers to facilitate iterative design.Produce documentation that facilitates publishing or content implementation, such as copy decks, messaging frameworks or content models.Author content in publishing tool.Collaborate with the content strategy team to evolve product content style guide.Support our design system team by providing content guidelines for components and patterns as needed.Experience:3+ Years as a Content Strategist / WriterApply today to be considered for this great opportunity!
