This role involves embedded systems development, focusing on the design and development of diesel exhaust fluid sensors.Job ResponsibilitiesLeading and supporting product design and developmentParticipating in design reviewsCollaborating closely with other functional teamsDeveloping embedded softwareConducting HIL testingSupporting production issues.Education & Experience RequiredBachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical EngineeringMinimum 5+ years of experience in the design and development of embedded systems.Technical Skills RequiredProficient in C programming languageProficient in using source control and issue trackingExperience administering a build server environmentExperience developing mixed signal embedded systemsExperience generating electronics designs using Altium DesignerExperience with Embedded system board bring-up, debugging, and HIL testingExperience with the design review process including DFMEA analysisExperience developing in C, C-Sharp, and Python programming languagesExperience designing analog circuitsData Analysis.Technical Skills DesiredExperience developing using TI's development tools (code composer, libraries, etc.)Experience using the C2000 series of TI microcontrollersExperience in automotive industry best practices and standards in embedded developmentExperience of professional software engineering best practices for the full software development cycle, including coding standards, code review, and testingExperience administrating software engineering infrastructureExperience maintaining git repositories and workflows (Bitbucket), maintaining and delegating feature and bug ticketing (JIRA)Experience with electronics hardware design EMI/EMC best practicesWorking knowledge of ISO/SAE automotive electrical standards (ISO7637, ISO16750, ISO11452, SAEJ1113, CISPR25, J1939).Soft SkillsStrong Communication Skills: Ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical team membersTeam Collaboration: Experience working effectively within cross-functional teamsProblem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.We're an equal opportunity employer.
