Processes and tracks Technology Catalog Orders. Creates Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions and approves invoice. Changes and track Orders (Purchase Order Modification). Creates Contract Orders & Modifications (SharePoint, IQ, Scheduling, Web Design etc.) and forwards Purchase Orders with contract documentation to vendor. Manages and coordinates the Studios Senate Media Centers (Democratic & Republican Recording Studios. Manages and coordinates SAA Office Automation Orders. Other duties as assigned.

Other Duties/ Responsibilities

Initiate POs for Senate IT approved equipment.Assist customers with purchases of non-standard IT equipment.Required Work Experience

1-2 Years.Required Special Skills/ Knowledge

Effective Communication.Work experience with ServiceNow, Asset Management, and Excel.As part of our hiring process, we may conduct a skills assessment to better understand an applicant's proficiency in key areas relevant to the role.
