Data Analyst

Plan, execute, and measure strategies set forth by the leadership team; Lead and manage data reporting through all facets of the business; Facilitate and manage sales and service projects that take place in the field environment; Assist the leadership team in developing SxanPro's data roadmap in terms of service, time management, account management, and data utilization; Manage daily activities to implement data visibility across commercial functions, opportunity reporting, account review schedule activity, etc.; Work with customer data and SxanPro data to analyze and create process improvement opportunities; Serve as a Business Analyst to help Sales and Account Management discover and leverage business opportunities; Work with Director of Product Development and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement; Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients; Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data; Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data; Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions; Structure large data sets to find usable information; Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and finding; Manage technology implementation from the Data Analytics side; Work with Director of Product Development and CEO to develop new products based on data aggregation; Automate Monthly/Quarterly data deliverables for Account Managers; Manage Data Warehouse with the existing pipelines and create new pipelines in Data Factory for different Data Ask; and Automate templates for different data deliverables.
