Job Summary:Dexian is seeking a PeopleSoft Administrator for an opportunity with a client located in Charlotte, NC.
Responsibilities:Responsible for installation, configuration, administration, support and maintenance of systems, including associated hardwareResponsible for Documenting the New and existing Issues and Update the current documents to reflect latest versions based on the requirementsPerform daily monitoring of the PeopleSoft application, ensuring that all required processes are operationsPerform code migrations, App designer and Data Mover executions between environments as needed to support the development lifecycleDesign, Install, and Configure the entire PeopleTools stack (PIA, App, PRCS, and Database install) on multiple networks and OS platformsPerform HCM/PeopleSoft application configurationPerform quarterly patching of all of the PeopleSoft components including WebLogic, PeopleTools, Tuxedo, Elasticsearch, etcProvide recommendations for the hardware requirements to meet the application needs across multiple networksExperience installing and supporting the latest PUM imagesCreate Change Packages using Change Assistant and PUM for applying Tax updates, selective bugs, Full images etc as neededApply Change Packages across all development lifecycle environmentsPerform PeopleTools Updates/Upgrades as required to support the customer on multiple Windows and Linux based server systemsRequirements:No Security Clearance RequiredUS Citizen - W2 OnlyMust have recent hands-On experience with PeopleTools PeopleSoft HCM upgrades (PUM) - Upgrade to 8.61Must have Peopletools / PeopleSoft HCM administration experienceMust have Open Search / Deployment and administration experienceMust have Oracle Database experience and Linux Server experiencePrefer PeopleSoft experience with version 9.2.37 and above. Minimum 9.2.X requiredPrefer experience with PeopleTools 8.59 and 8.61. Minimum of 8.59 requiredExperience with End-to-End encryption on web, app and DatabaseExperience with Integration with Single sign on specifically OHS connectors to PeoplesoftMust have Elasticsearch experienceExperience with Integration Broker and Services and fixing the Service Operation IssuesExperience with Performance TunningExperience with the SSL Certificate request and install process both within the application and for Web based PKIExperience installing SAN based certificates and renewing the certificatesExperience with end to end encryption on all the layers, web, app and DatabaseExperience using Oracle WalletExperience with Integrating with Single Sign onExperience with ElasticsearchExperience in database cloning processExperience with Disaster Recovery setup for Peoplesoft ApplicationWork closely with DBA administrators to research and the troubleshoot performance issuesExperience working on complex projectsExperience documenting complex procedures to ensure knowledge transfers are smooth and met customer requirementsDexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
