Join us and our 18,000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Support Representative to join our dynamic team and support the Sales & Marketing team within the Tailored Urethanes Business Unit. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of daily business activities. You will be responsible for maintaining key business processes related to pricing, returns, contracts management, disputes, samples, debits, credits, complaint management, forecasting, and allocation. You will also provide support in marketing communications and marketing initiatives.Major Tasks and Responsibilities:Actively manage sales and marketing functions related to Tailored Urethanes.Manage day-to-day tasks to ensure business continuity.Administer and maintain business processes.Interact with and gain cooperation of colleagues in a wide variety of related disciplines, including Product Supply, AD, HSE, Order Management, and LogisticsProvide MarCom and Marketing support to the TUR business.Oversee and maintain accurate pricing information across all platforms.Handle product returns and manage the entire return process.Manage contracts, ensuring all terms are met and documentation is up to date.Approve debits and credits in a timely and accurate manner.Manage and work with the Sales team to resolve customer complaints by coordinating with relevant teams.Assist in sales forecasting and manage product allocation.Gradually take ownership of select accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.Manage ~20 inside sales accounts.

Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 3+ years' experience; OR Master's degree with 2+ years' experienceExperience in a commercial setting or relevant industryPreferred Qualifications:Experience with contract management and pricing processesKnowledge of marketing communications and digital marketing strategiesKnowledge of Tailored Urethanes product offeringExperience in account management or customer serviceKnowledge and Skills:SAP skillsUnderstanding of sales processesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant softwareAbility to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and high level of accuracy.Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.#LI-Hybrid
