Then you sound like a Worldpayer.About the teamThe SACM (Service Asset and Configuration Management) and SPM (Service Portfolio Management) teams are globally accountable for ensuring accuracy about business services and their underlying service assets. This includes CMDB Management, Software & Hardware Asset Management, and Service Portfolio Management. You will be part of a small team providing Service Asset analysis globally for all Worldpay service assets.What you'll ownA Software Asset Analyst 2 is responsible for managing and optimizing an organization's software lifecycle. This includes tasks like maintaining an accurate inventory of all software assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, and identifying cost-saving opportunities. They also work closely with IT departments and vendors to ensure smooth software procurement and usage.Tracks and manages software asset data.

Assist with asset user access and permissions.

Handle incoming software requests for the asset database.

Assists senior analysts with asset data population.

Creates basic and advanced reports on software assets and presents on them.

Performs basic software asset audits and inventory control.

Analyzes software asset data to identify trends and potential issues.

Maintains data integrity and adherence to CMDB and asset standards.

Assists with software asset valuation and depreciation calculations.

1+ years of experience with ServiceNow.

Strong data management and organizational skills

Familiarity with computers and technology

Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Effective communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of software asset lifecycle management principles

Knowledge of how to use ITSM methodologies, eg: ITIL and Agile

Added bonus if you haveExtra experience with ServiceNow, specifically the licensing, asset, and CMDB spaces.

Experience with databases and table structures.

ITIL v3 or v4 Foundations certification

Proficiency in spreadsheet and database software
