Glassdoor .Senior Windows EngineerContract; 6 months, with indefinite 6 month renewalsHybrid: 3 days a week onsiteLocal Candidate OnlyRichmond, VAResponsibilities:Provide support, implementation, and design services for Microsoft Active Directory and Windows Servers across the enterprise, including directory and identity management solutions.Work collaboratively with team members to suggest configuration options and understand tradeoffs between optionsAssist n-tier Application Owners with configuration, implementation and troubleshooting as it pertains to Windows Server and Active Directory.The core infrastructure technology duties include:Enterprise Microsoft Active DirectoryMicrosoft Certificate Services,Group Policy configuration,Microsoft Windows Server administrationMicrosoft Key Management ServicesTop-level support for enterprise-wide initiatives.Peripheral knowledge in how common systems interact with Windows Server and Active Directory is key.
