Accounts Receivable Specialist

Accounting Now,a division of SNI Companies, has partnered with our client in hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a full-time opportunity starting on a contract basis working with our client in Greenwood Village, CO. This opportunity is working 100% onsite.

Principle Duties:

• Conduct collection calls for past due invoices and maintain regular communication with warehouses for outstanding account strategies.
• Provide updates and reports to leadership on action plans while ensuring accurate documentation in tracking systems.
• Identify key customer needs and track payments to address posting errors and other issues impacting aging.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement customer success strategies and share best practices for efficient operations.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of B2B receivables/collections experience.
• Intermediate technical skills using MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Compensation and Benefits
The base compensation for this position starts at $26.00 an hour. Your actual pay rate will be determined based upon your skills, knowledge and abilities including work experience.
