Primary Duties:
Conduct thorough occupational therapy assessments.Design and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.Provide occupational therapy services across various settings, including one-on-one and group sessions.Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapeutic interventions.Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to maximize student outcomes.Actively participate in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights into occupational therapy needs.Stay current with the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.Valid Georgia license or certification in Occupational Therapy.Experience with school-aged children is beneficial but not mandatory.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week.The caseload includes students from Pre K through 12th grade.Interviews are currently being conducted.
