Business Intelligence Analyst

[ARCO Business Services, Inc. seeks Business Intelligence Analyst in Atlanta, GA:

Job Duties: Develop and support reporting solutions, dashboards, and scorecards, including custom reports summarizing business, financial, and industry data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders consistent with defined needs. Determine root causes of technical issues. Document findings and prepare recommendations for implementing new systems, procedures, and organizational changes by synthesizing current business intelligence data. Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technical solutions. Identify development needs and deliver reports and insights to analyze performance metrics, key operations, and business functions. Work with large and diverse datasets using business intelligence tools/databases in an analytics/reporting-oriented team. Set up automated data refresh of dashboards to manage the timely flow of business intelligence information to users. Implement security models (row/column level, workspace. apps) on data and apply security layer models. Work with data modeling in an analytics environment.

[Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in the job offered or in a related position.

[Special Skill Requirements: at least one (1) year of experience in each of the following: 1. Power BI, Tableau; 2. T-SQL, PL/SQL; 3. Azure Data Factory; 4. ETL; 5. Snowflake; 6. SQL Server Management Studio; 7. Data Warehousing; 8. Data Visualization; and 9. Data Modeling.
